How do I book a transfer?
Booking your transfer is quick, simple, and secure. Just input your pick-up and destination locations, and a range of vehicles will be suggested. Choose the one that suits your needs, then fill in the necessary transfer details. You'll receive a confirmation email with meeting instructions, payment terms, and an emergency contact number.

What pick-up time should I choose to ensure I get to the airport on time?
We recommend scheduling your pick-up time for at least 2 hours plus the estimated journey time before your flight. The system will display the estimated travel time during vehicle selection.
Can I book a return transfer at the same time?
Yes, you can book both your arrival and departure transfers in a single reservation.
Amendments & Cancellations
Can I change my booking after confirmation?
Yes. Simply contact us by email or phone with your reservation details, and we’ll adjust your booking where possible.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy. If you paid in advance, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Traveling
Where will I meet the driver?
Your confirmation email will include detailed meeting point information. At airports, the driver will meet you in the arrivals lounge holding a sign with your name.
What is my luggage allowance?
Please ensure your luggage does not exceed the amount specified during booking. Overloading the vehicle is not permitted, and you may need to upgrade your reservation if additional space is required.
What if I can't find my driver?
In the rare event you can’t locate your driver, remain at your designated waiting spot and call the emergency number provided in your confirmation email.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our service includes flight monitoring, so your driver will adjust the pick-up time according to your flight’s updated arrival time.
What if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled within 6 hours of arrival, contact the emergency number to reschedule your transfer. Alternatively, you can email us to amend or cancel your reservation.
Where will my driver drop me off?
Our service is door-to-door, meaning your driver will take you to the address specified in your booking.
Will I share the vehicle with other passengers?
Unless you book a shared transfer, the vehicle will be private for your group only.
Can I request a child seat or booster?
Yes, child seats and boosters are available on request. Please mention this when making your booking.
Can I travel with pets?
Pets are welcome if transported in suitable carriers. Please notify us in advance to ensure proper arrangements.
Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the vehicle?
No, smoking and drinking alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles, in line with local regulations and for passenger comfort.

Payment Options
Is the price shown all-inclusive?
Yes, the price in your confirmation email covers the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, meet-and-greet, and door-to-door service.
How do I pay for my transfer? Can I pay in advance?
Payment is flexible. You can either pay in advance with the card provided during booking or pay the driver directly by cash or card on the day of the trip.
Why do I need to provide credit card details if I want to pay by cash?
Like many travel services, we require a valid credit card as a guarantee to secure your booking, even if you intend to pay by cash.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
If you require a receipt or invoice, please request it in the 'comments and instructions' section when making your reservation.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Tipping is optional. If you feel satisfied with the service, a small gratuity is always appreciated.
What currencies do you accept?
Payments in cash are usually accepted in Euros. For card payments, international cards are accepted, and the charge will be processed in Euros.
What if my payment fails online?
If your payment is declined, please try again with another card or contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
